Providing proactive and reactive operational support to keep high uptime and availability of international opco, enterprise and consumer services Support Problem management team , prepare Major Disturbance report, Problem report. Perform some of the second line activities . Manage internal and external communication Take initiative to automate the process using frameworks ( Blue Prism, Cognitive, Python) to bring the efficiency Own and drive improvement initiatives, Provide technical guidance to the team Analyze the existing tools to drive the consolidation for efficiency improvement Interaction with 3rd party vendors and stakeholders while integrating the devices and to fix the issues Core network OPEX management & cost reductions.
