Our recommendations and solutions are based onrigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thoughtleadership.Job Description Decision Analytics Associate Consultants (DAACs) design andexecute analyses to address business problems for our clients and projectteams. DAACs leverage their analytic skills to find datadriven insights thathelp our clients solve their most important business problems and engage withclients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act onthem.Responsibilities Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understanddynamic business issues; Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and internal teamdecision-making; Preferred experience in forecasting and excel modeling / any excelmodeling./ strong analytics experience Preferred experience in another consulting firm/ market research-specifically having worked in 2 or more problem areas in their tenure Design custom analyses in Excel analytics to investigate and inform clientneeds; Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams throughoral and written presentations; Preferred experience working in the global delivery model Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects ofprojects; Provide client and internal teams project status updates; Create project deliverables and implement solutions; Advance problem solving skills and improve organizations capabilities; Guide and mentor Associates on teams, People management skillsQualifications Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (any branch), and strongacademic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required; 2 - 4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. An MBA maysubstitute in lieu of work experience; High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative; Strong oral and written communication skills; Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence; Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset; Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks; Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in team skillsexcel, advanced excel qualificationMBA/PGDM,
