BEG routinely elicits requirements, architect solutions, then builds business cases for new business functionality. They gather requirements and run User Acceptance Testing with the business for approved projects.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:In this role, you are expected to understand, propose, educate, support, and help implement new business processes through business operations and new systems for the Contract Lifecycle.- Work closely with IT development and business teams to prioritize Monthly Maintenance and project work for the Back-office release train- Work closely with Lead BSA to understand and document business requirements, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework- Ensure customer success through strong customer service skills and understanding of the customer s goals and objectives- Develop wireframes, flowcharts, swim-lanes to detail and explain business workflows- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems that are cost effective and meet user requirements- Assist with the planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing- Support data conversions; local system rollouts; and execute all work in alignment with the companys systems plans.QUALIFICATION:REQUIRED SKILLS:Must be detailed oriented with a strong work ethic.
