Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in an organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for IT infrastructure for the group.
  • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent skills in managing all phases of IT projects from needs, analysis to implementation and training.
  • Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Compulsory knowledge of Linux environment.
  • Bachelor s or higher degree in technology or computer science.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
