Job Description

    IT Risk AnalystExperience / QualificationsA university degree and 4-6 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree) or a higher level degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Doctorate degree) Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers-The IT Risk Analyst provides data protection advice to all Sensata Technologies, Inc., entities globally. They will be informing and advising colleagues and other data controllers/processors, contributing to a team who are documenting, and monitoring implementation of a data protection compliance program and providing training; investigating suspected privacy breaches and coordinating project activity. They perform focused information risk assessments of existing or new services and technologies, along with business counterparts. They are responsible for supporting the Cyber Security Awareness & Training program as needed.-General Responsibilities Leads communication on risk assessment findings to team owners and custodians of information risk business partners, or information governance teams and information security teams. Handles implementation of appropriate controls to effectively manage information risks as needed. Develops opportunities to improve risk posture, assists developing solutions for remediating or mitigating risks and assessing the residual risk. Supports the maintenance of the Information Asset Register and the Physical Asset Database Develops user training and testing programs Leads management controls and committees and contributes to Cyber Risk logs and KPI Maintains strong working relationships with individuals and groups involved in managing information risks across the organization.,
