(7-15 yrs)We have one good opportunity for India IT & Global IT Manager with our Food production client based in PuneExperience : Minimum 7 years + experience in IT , Data Security , IT Infrastructure & Asset Management etc.Job Location : PuneEssential responsibilities and duties :- Engaging into and managing IT projects on multiple technologies and platforms. End to end responsible for projects from idealization to implementation stage to on going support.- Responsible for managing present and future IT infrastructure needs.- Work closely with vendors falling under ITs prerogative.- Budgeting and expense management for IT and other functions IT requirements.- Managing all IT Assets for India and any other overseas business managed from India.- Support India business by managing internet, telecommunications and mobility related solutions.- Provide critical business solutions to functions and help in automation and with business analytical tools- Complete responsibility of appropriate licensing (of applications, softwares & instruments if any).- Guide and support internal customers with available IT solutions, their functionalities and uses.- Conduct trainings for present and future technologies as per requirement.- Support in developing business dashboard and real time report management solutions.- Prepare BCP for IT function. Monitor the plan and take action as and when required.GLOBAL SECURITY MANAGEMENT :- Create & maintain Information Technology Security strategy, policies & procedures in alignment with the broad Information Technology strategy so that the technology investments are uniform, consistent and secure.- Manage conducting of periodic audits and assessments of current technology architecture including Infrastructure, Network, Applications, external interfaces etc to get the AS-IS picture.- Mitigate the security gaps and risks by ensuring things like protection of assets, network & applications, disaster recovery, DLP etc- Conduct information security awareness and training to organization colleagues thereby to help improve the overall security quotient of the organizationBehavioral Competencies :- Ability to effectively work with colleagues- Result Oriented- Problem solving approach- Ability to communicate effectively- Intelligent, articulate & persuasive- Ability to learn and absorb new thingsQualifications :The ideal candidate must have :- Bachelors Engineering Degree in IT, Computer Science or Equivalent.Desired :- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).- Preferably from FMCG Industries,
