Job Description

  • Responsibility for the complete IT service delivery in the respective service area
  • The incumbent must ensure that the business strategy is supported through the combination of technology/appli-cation/solutions/services provided by the Corporate IT team and the Country IT teams
  • Actively lead the IT activities in the respective service to ensure that the actions align with the priorities of the business and the standards of BHTC IT, with the Country IT Teams, IT Support & Services to the BHTC business and all users
  • The incumbent leads and develops the Corporate IT team member of the respective service and provides coach-ing/advices/directions to the Country IT teams members as well as for project members and business users
  • Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum availability and security of the IT Services
Requirements:
  • All activities are executed and communicated ef-fectively and in a timely fashion

  • Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with internal and external key stake-holders

  • Consistently meets BHTC standards, ethics and compliance requirements
  • Master University degree in Computer Science, In-formation or Technology Systems, Engineering or related fields or appropriate working knowledge
  • 10-years experience in Information Technology
  • Proven working experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge in the respective IT service area
  • Good knowledge of business processes in a manu-facturing environment
  • Good English languages skills in writing and speaking.
  • Good communication skills, especially with management, businesspeople and IT technicians
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Willing to travel internationally
