SUMMARY: Data Service Developer will be responsible for designing and building data- domain driven Rest API/ micro-services and promote them to API gateway. With solid background in core Java and SOA (Service Oriented) architecture, he or she will be responsible for transforming old legacy services (SOAP based ESB services) to next generation APIs on SpringBoot stack.Must have design and architecture skills, be able to compare design approaches, propose alternate solutions. Team player with strong analytical and communication skills.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 3 to 5 year of experience with excellent understanding of micro-service principles and RestAPI development. In depth knowledge / experience of working with Spring, Camel, JAX-WS, Messaging, Swagger, various security protocols (JWT, oAuth, SAML etc). Be able to translate business requirements to reusable data integration solutions enterprise architecture mindset. Ability to analyzes production components to isolate problems or to determine more efficient methods/refactoring opportunities. Preferably experienced in Banking and Financial services. Passionate about building quality software and learning/ implementing new coding languages, methods and operations.Your teamYou ll be joining a growing data/web service and Apigee API development team which is responsible to develop data APIs that provides data to consuming systems in the global wealth management area. The team consists of very dynamic, intelligent and sharp members on whom UBS relies and trusts to deliver the data on time and efficiently. The team provides advice, solutions, build and deployment of all SOAP and RESTful API services on Apigee. You will be based out of Pune BSC and on daily basis working with your US counterparts and play a key role in building and deploying data services using various tools and tech stacks. It s imperative that you possess excellent communication and learning skills., Skillsets: [Language] 3to 5 years of experience in Java, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot JAX-WS, HTML, Servlet, JSP, Camel [Web/ Messaging Service Stacks] 1-2 years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Restful Services/ Micro Services, JSON, XML, XSLT, ESB, Messaging Services (JMS, MQ, Message Broker) [Database] 1-2 years of experience in JDBC, JNDI, RDBMS/ SQL/ NoSQL [Platform] 2-3 years of experience in Apache ServiceMix, JBoss Fuse, Tomcat, Unix, Linux [CI/CD] 1-2 years of experience in GIT/ SVN, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Smooks, JUnit, SOAPUI
