We own CTB for the Investment Products team dealing with products such as Insurance, Annuities, Alternative Investments, Retirements, Mutual Funds, etc., are a Technology Function fully dedicated to supporting the Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Business and its IT Application Service Lines are a metrics driven organization governed by a set of mature KPIs and Processes, at least 6-8 years of proven experience in ibm mainframe development must have extensive knowledge & working experience on cobol, db2, cics, vsam and jcl must have exposure to change management (changeman or endevor), mainframe tools (sort, startool/fileaid/filemanager, debug tool, db2 tools bmc/ca) etc. deep understanding of all aspects of application development and sdlc methodologies agile & waterfall strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you like to figure out how things work preferable have experience working on onshore-offshore model solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills must be able to work independently and get the work done with the help a small team must be able to work under pressure resolving production/qa issues must be able to deliver project requirements without any effort or schedule slippage strong written and verbal communication skills in english, and the desire to work together with our global stakeholders excellent research, investigation and evaluation skill proactive, keeping stakeholders well informed of development effort status comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements process oriented and have worked in an onshore-offshore model capable of working interdependently, collaborate, negotiate skilled at recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions experienced to drive and ensure code quality, ut and sit testing guidelines and procedures are met
