Batch and application support experience with very good exposure to SQL and ITIL(Incident and Problem Management) framework and having around 4 years of exp.-- Must have experience of ticketing tools like Remedy, Servicenow.-- Must have very good communications skills both written and spoken.-- Must be quick learner and have problem resolving attitude.-- Must be a team player.-- Any programming/development background is desirable.-- Must be willing to work in 24*7 shift, with night shift for a week once in 2 months.,
