Job Description

  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
  • In depth experience in IBM BPM 8.0 + (Process designer, Process Center and Server), IBM Integration designer (IID)
  • Experience on BPM tools other than IBM (Oracle etc) are preferred
  • Exposure in Java, J2EE, JSF, Servlets, Hibernate, EJB, XML
  • Must have expertise in Javascript. Experience in frameworks like Dojo, JQuery is preferred.
  • Experience in JDBC, JMS, Webservices.
  • Knowledge of relational database (Oracle, DB2, MySql).
  • Experience in Ant, SVN, Eclipse, etc
  • Should have the right focus towards best practices like coding standards, quality, security, documentation, etc
  • Good analytical and design ability is required.
