Role : UX Designer Location: Bentonville, AR Client: Walmart Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user psychology Carries good understanding of finance Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Work with UI Developers, backend developers, data science team Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Requirements Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer Strong portfolio of design projects Background in research, handling multiple projects at a time.
Experience working on finance-related projects, making dashboards and experience converting tables into meaningful charts (a plus point) Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (esp. Sketch and Invision) Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript and Power BI is a plus Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment Excellent communication skills BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
