Medline India is MedlineIndustries is looking to hire a Java Developer Analyst to join the InformationServices team located in Pune. Thisperson will collaborate with key IT, Manufacturing, Master Data and Salescolleagues in Europe to enhance, develop and support in house Java basedapplications in Medline Europe landscape. The challenging responsibilities of the position include: Expected to work as an application owner forJava based applications, ensuring (a) production support and (b) driveenhancements working closely with Business. Responsible for requirement understanding and defining solutions to enhance and support developments around Medline applications. Develop system solutions and make system configurations to enable a variety of business use cases Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Should have knack to follow processes and document system functionality. As an app owner, responsible for responding to queries about system functionality Provide training and document system functionality Perform detailed functional testing Coordinate and implement ad- hoc deliverables Implementation of security patches and ability to handle upgrades and move projects. Skills/ Experience: Required: Bachelor or above degree, preferably obtained in Information Technology or related. 5- 7 years of extensive JAVA experience in new program development, configuration of existing systems, new package/ system evaluation, back- end and front- end development. Strong experience in following: Core Java, Servlets, JSPs. Spring MVC, spring security, spring data, JPA, Hibernate. Soap and Restful services. Java script and AngularJS. Strong and polished written and oral English communication/ Articulation. Preferred: Knowledge/ Experience in SSIS integration would be added advantage. Knowledge of Log4j, and gradle build tool. Knowledge of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets. Additional Skills Advanced analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
