Overview of the department / team (team size, backgrounds, personalities ): Current Team of 25+ team members have full ownership and accountability in IndiaProgram manager, Solution Architect, along with testers and requirement engineers all sitting with the dev teamScrum and agile methodologies followedNew technologies are always considered for better solutioningChallenges Contractor will be facing in this role: Accountability & OwnershipSelf-MotivatedDriving the deliveries and stakeholder managementPart of the big deliveries in the project for this year and next yearEssentials Skills and Qualifications: Should have 6+ years of hands on code development experience with a degree in computer science, related to information technology, ideally with focus on banking and wealth management.Exceptional coding skills, Knowledge and experience building applications using JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA, Angular and DB skills.Experience in building Micro Services ; Restful servicesUnderstanding and Knowledge of Enterprise Integration patterns will be good to have.Experience with UI technologies.Experience on Database; Skilled at understanding & writing SQL statements; Procedures, Functions, Cursors etc.Experience in methodologies like Agile/Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development(Junit, Mockito) and real passion for automating Integration TestingGood knowledge on Design Patterns & Data Modeling, UMLAnalytical and problem solving skills ; Hardworking & CommittedDesired Skills and Qualifications: Wealth Management Domain ExperienceKnowledge of Elastic stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana)Groovy GrailsJRules developmentMarklogicCaching based solutionsBusiness Justification: These roles are for full stack Java developer, and required practitioner level technical, analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
