Job Description

Now, were looking for a Java Developer whos passionate about clean code, robust systems, and solving real-world problems at scale.What Youll DoAs a key part of our backend team, youll:
    • Build scalable and secure backend services using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot
    • Design and maintain RESTful APIs that connect with front-end, mobile, and external systems
    • Write clean, testable code using JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD best practices
    • Work with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
    • Deploy services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and suggest architectural improvements
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps in agile sprints
    • Continuously improve our codebase, development tools, and workflows
    Tech StackWere working with:
    • Java 11, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA
    • PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
    • Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka (or RabbitMQ)
    • AWS / Azure, Terraform
    • GitHub Actions / Jenkins, SonarQube
    • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
    What Were Looking ForYou dont have to tick every box, but you should bring:
    • 6 years of experience in Java application development
    • Strong grip on OOP, data structures, and system design
    • Experience with Spring Framework and building REST APIs
    • Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
    • Comfort working with Git, CI/CD, and agile teams
    • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
    • Bonus: experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, or message brokers
    Nice-to-Haves
    • Side projects or GitHub contributions
    • Knowledge of reactive programming or Kotlin
    • Understanding of security (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
    • Familiarity with Domain Driven Design or Event-Driven Architecture
