Role Objective The Business Intelligence Solution Analyst position owns the deliverables concerning BI/Analytics for their respective process team and is responsible for day-to-day project management. The role must have an understanding of the overall BI/Analytics systems and integration with other SAP and non SAP systems in the environment. The role designs how the required business processes and analytical/reporting requirements may be represented in the software configuration, and transfers application design to both process teams and architect/development team members. The position provides best practices knowledge to aid the design process. The position also acts as an advisor and aids the process teams and business owners, as necessary. The role works with the business/process team to develop functional requirements and escalates any strategic issues to the management. The role acts as the liaison between the business/process teams and the architect/development teams.The role of the J2EE developer is to support malomatia in the development of Al-Nadeeb application enhancements & support operations for Customs Clearance Application along with any other projects undertaken by malomatiaResponsible for the fixing application bugs & release patches to ensure business continuity. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:STRATEGIC Must have strong understanding of object-oriented programming in an enterprise environment and demonstrate ability utilizing object-oriented techniques to produce correct, extendable, reusable and efficient solutions. Assist with formal analysis of user requirements with regard to new and existing systems, and to provide appropriate documentation. Ensure that developed software is robust, performant and meets the user`s functional requirements. Assist all staff in the preparation of complex searches and reports using the reporting tools and other techniques as appropriate. Assist with estimating the effort and timescales involved in the tasks that have been delegated to the team. Operate proactively within an environment of closely managed projects, providing regular task updates and supporting project management processes. To work along with other departments in the deployment of applications and the support & maintenance of systems.OPERATIONAL Perform program design, coding and Development Ensure all the defects are resolved within the stipulated SLAs. Undertake development work on new and existing applications. Perform unit and integration testing prior to handover to the Testing and Integration Team. Provide updated documentation for the changes done on the application source code Self Starter Can work independently without any support. Can understand Client business in short period of time.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Participate in the feasibility analysis for new modules and changes. Ability to lead the module assigned independently Deliver project assignments on time with high quality. Experience: 7-12 Years core J2EE Development experience including JSF, Rich Faces Experience in Cross Platform IDE Application Servers - WebLogic Experience in XML, XSD, Spring, Hibernate Experience in Oracle RDBMS Experience in SOAP and Web Services Experience in Restful Services Experience in JMS Working knowledge of Weblogic Application Server is essential Knowledge of Application Security & Secure Coding Desirable experience in Application Support & Maintenance3.
