Job Description

    Lead a team of developers in designing and developing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable softwareActively participate in the development process, writing code and contributing to the teams outputWork closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely deliveryProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersCollaborate with other teams to ensure integration and compatibility of software systemsDevelop and maintain code standards, best practices, and documentationMonitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalabilityKeep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java developmentRequirements:At least 14 years of experience in Java developmentStrong leadership and management skillsExpertise in Java, J2EE, and related technologiesHands-on experience in writing code, reviewing code, and leading development teamsExperience with Agile software development methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to deliver high-quality software on time and on budgetAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements. Qualifications:
    • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
    • Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
    • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
    • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
    Education:
    • Bachelor s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
    • Master s degree preferred
