Job Description

    About The Company:Aras Client is a leadingIT Services company formed in 1998, having 40k employees offering BPO Services, Infra services, having clients from BFSI, Healthcare domain, HQ in BangaloreThe Role:JMeter Test EngineerKey Responsibilities:
    • Module/Project metrics collection
    • Train and retain members of the technology group as a part of knowledge management activity.
    • Author Performance test plans and test designs, workload analysis and may serve as a coordinator
    • Multi-task between releases and prioritize task for next release.
    • Good understanding of Performance test Design and experience in preparing Test Plan and effort estimation
    Skills Required:
    • Extensive Experience in performance testing of API/Web Services
    • API Testing
    • Manual testing
    • Experience on JMeter and other Performance testing tools.
    • Experience in performance monitoring tools such as Sitescope, AppDynamics, Dynatrace etc
    • Strong Unix & Linux skills, ability to write shell scripts for information gathering purposes.
    • Sound understanding of Application architecture, JVM tuning, GC, Thread Dump Analysis.
    • Monitoring of various server resources like DB connection pools, Threads, JMS queues/topics/modules etc.
    • Good understanding of DB Architecture. SQL, PL/SQL, Performance Stats, familiarity with at least one Oracle tool like TOAD
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
    • 6 Years
