GD Arts/ BFA from any renowned institute or school Roles Responsibilities: Must have drawing/ sketching visualisation skills with good sense of design principles. Understanding of human anatomy and perspective Superb ideation and conceptual skills. Good understanding of the principles character design concept design. Ability to quickly create original characters and artwork in Illustrator/ flash. Working knowledge of relevant graphics, animation and compositing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (Animate CC), After Effects Take direction and willing to address constructive feedback Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team Deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure, if required Track and maintain development time Excellent written, verbal and artistic communication skills Energetic and ability to work in a fast- changing dynamic agile environment; strong work ethic with good time management.
