Job Description

      Manufacturing
    Role Summary/Purpose:
      To understand & execute daily production plan within stipulated time with the adherence to defined process. To deliver Qualitative output & generate ideas to increase the productivity
    Essential Responsibilities:
        1. To ensure workplace & self-safety to create safety driven culture (2 concerns/person/month)
        2. To drive & complete the production plan by maintaining information flow in upstream & downstream flows
        3. To generate ideas to improve productivity & translate them to the kaizen (1/month implemented)
        4. To work towards material consumption accuracy & improvement in part presentation
        5. Improve the skillsets from basic operations e.g. tightening, basic assy. to welding, wire crimping
        6. Well versed with understanding of the drawing, BOM, MI, parts, lean concepts etc which are important in daily production
        7. Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
        8. Able to handle equipments & tools appropriate for operations including tugger, EOT, X-Y Rail
      9. Responsible for maintaining accurate traceability records of assemblies
    Qualifications/Requirements:
        1. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Branch
        2. Work experience of min 2 years
      3. Special skills like welding, brazing, Knowledge of oracle are additional advantage
