ISdepartment is seeking a programmer / analyst to provide effective BPM solutionsfor business processes. The analyst must be self- motivated, inquisitive, anddetail oriented with the ability to achieve deadlines while working effectivelywithin a team environment. The ISProgrammer/ Analyst is responsible for designing, programming, implementing andmaintaining custom applications and workflows to automate business processesusing the K2 BlackPearl platform. Key responsibilities: Worksindependently to understand and document business objectives and systemrequirements. Creates detailed businessrequirements and technical specification documents for complex workflow andbusiness process automation solutions Designs, develops, and maintains advanced database, workflow and other process automationsolutions in a K2 BlackPearl environment. Builds proof of concept prototypes based on requirementsdocumentation. May creates and/ ormaintain Corporate SmartObjects and SmartForms. Collaborates with technical lead on custom ERP integration. Plans and conducts system testing, andcoordinates user testing to confirm accuracy and reliability. Prepares documentation to migrate workproduct to production environments Designs, develops, and maintains customized SharePoint solutions on corporate SharePoint site Assists in theidentification of opportunities for process improvement through automation. Monitors systemperformance and maintains existing workflows. Works on system issues and enhancements. Interacts with system administrators to migrate work product, resolvesystem problems and perform maintenance tasks Support on ad- hocprojects as assigned Qualification and experience 4 years degree inComputer Science or related field Work experience 5 years ofoverall Application Development experience 2 years of K2development experience supporting BPM functionality (strongly preferred) 3 Experience with.NET, SharePoint, and SQL. Expectedknowledge of HTML, SSRS, jQuery Ability to gatherbusiness requirements, prepare detailed requirements and design documentationin support of effective solutions that meet business reporting/ analytics needs. System experience Experience withSAP, SAP/ HANA data source is a plus Experience withAgile, or Agile- based development methodologies Soft skills Highly motivatedand dependable Excellent oral andwritten communication skills Able to workindependently with minimal inputs Ability tocommunicate strongly and influence without authority,
