Job Description

Ensure remaining on the cutting-edge, driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships & alliance relationships to increase business growth. Efficaciously working towards new avenues of business discussion with new customer / products, Merit of capturing business Continuously visiting to new customer, get new enquires from them and forwarded it to the design team for the feasibility, Cost offer to the customer and price settlement with negotiations. Collect more information from new customers for upcoming new projects & new business opportunities with those projects. Responsible for the acquisition of new business, RFI/RFQ Management, Customer relationship and co-ordination and Execution of Customer Specific requirements. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning marketing strategies, Forecasting monthly/annual budget. Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitors activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies. Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality. Coordinating with Materials, Engineering and Program Management functions during product development and price finalization phase. Required Candidate profileKnowledge of automotive parts machining such as Gears parts, Transmission and driveline PartsExperience and knowledge of commercial transactions and negotiation skill.Successful background in manufacturing and Customer Service Management.Knowledge of Automotive OEM system, tools and Management.Excellent Presentation skill, good communication and analytical skill.Methodological & Committed, Excellent soft Skill, Self-Motivated and go getter attitude.He/ She should have worked with Tier 1 automotive component manufacturing MNC Company.Good Academic records.,
