You are the right person in our team if: Candidate should have an understanding of molecular biology, structural biology, computational biology and proteomics Very good understanding of Protein structures, active sites, allosteric sites, leads, hits and drugs Extensive experience of Molecular docking and its analysis Very good understanding of Pharmacophore, QSAR, 3D and 2D structure similarity search Experience of using free OR commercially available molecular modeling/ docking, cheminformatics packages would is a must Knowledge of docking methods using automated scripts, shell scripts and/ or python packages would be required In- detail knowledge of proteins, drugs, and literature databases is required To excel in this job you must bring, Good presentation and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Experience in CRO or Pharma is desirable Good analytical and reasoning skills Track record of managing small team is an advantage Understanding of Biological data and databases is a plus Research paper publications in good journals MSc or PhD in Bioinformatics/ Cheminformatics/ Pharmacoinformatics We believe in the power of collaboration.
