We offer digital solutions and tools for better insights into your daily cash activity, transactions, and holdings with the ability to seamlessly integrate data from our system directly into your applications.As a Product Business Analyst for Portfolio Services you will provide support for activities associated with project execution using the Agile methodology to ensure that projects are completed to client specifications.A Successful Candidate will:
  • Responsible for gathering and understand user requirements
  • Writes stories reflecting client needs.
  • Ensures agile methodologies and tools are routinely used to manage client demand.
  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with established guidelines and Firm Policies for project implementation
  • Assists in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project.
  • Supports Product Owner to drive delivery of the backlog and outcomes
  • Supports the development of the team s roadmap, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery.
Product Owner Qualifications / Skills:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum (ideally in a Jira tooling)
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Customer first / thinking mind set
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree and 1-5 years of total work experience
  • Financial Services experience desired
