* Duties and Responsibilities - Own existing CIBIL Watch Process and provide deep dive analysis and provide new opportunities in the business Support business growth and drive new initiatives Close interaction with business and fulfilment of requirement both Technical and analytical. Provide analytical solutions through statistical modeling, credit policy and strategy, reporting and data analysis for the BFL businesses Monitor, maintain and improve existing models and CIBIL watch process and ensure its effectiveness Co-ordination with CIBIL for all Bureau Related activities Lead team size of 3 Work with other BIU team members to build valuable statistical analysis Perform Analytics for Alternate Data based decisions , * Relevant prior experience Data Analytics in building Statistical models, Segmentation Analysis and Deep dive analysis Good data management, communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to analytical tools (eg.SAS, SQL, Decision Tree,R and Modeling techniques). Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and towards deadlines More than 8 years of experience in Financial Industry and Analytics
