Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Ownership: Ontology Specifications and all deliverables | Functional | Functional-Techno Areas 2. Business consumerization of Ontology derived Models (ML/AI) 3. Manage the requirements Cycle: Define | Build | Manage | Evolve Specifications & resulting Ontology 4. Ensure process for release management of all ontology, derivate data & ML models 5. Manage and publish via Ontology Related Portals, Applications, etc. 6. Work with business on specific use cases Ontology | Data | Model 7. Ability to work at granular data level (EDW & Data Lake) 8. Setup & Manage Overall Ontology Dev & Test Programs 9. Manage & Execute capability identification process RFI, RFP, etc. 10. Conduct monthly Ontology Governance Board (OGB) Meetings Supported by AI/ML, EDW| DL and internal teams 11. Participate in IT CGB | Data CGB | DAO to evolve new capabilities into Ontology 12. Interactions with Business Teams | Sub units (Data & ML Model) | AI/ML | IT Technology 13. Cross functional engagements including support functions like ML/AI, EDW, Bigdata, IT, Business COE, Analytics & Business etc. 14. Participate in internal forums such as IT, Data & Data Science Capability | Governance Board 15. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools 16. Ability to work individually and with a team to meet deadlines, * 1. Minimum 10 years of managing hands on core Financial Services (NBFC preferred) in core functional techno roles 2. Ability to manage domain depth interaction with team and collaboration teams 3. Ability to listen, think understand complex business requirements and render them into a functional specification 4. Exceptional program management (execution) with proactive program management (using tools) across stakeholders agile | devops | iterative approach 5. Managed and understand release management using tools such as Git, Jira, etc. 6. Hands on experience on large data lead providing capability projects 7. Ability to work on data models, enterprise data warehouse, etc. 8. Understanding of understanding bureau data (like CIBIL) and financial products are required 9. Prior working at NBFC or India Bank is a positive 10. Strong verbal and written/presentation communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external partners/virtual teams 11. Excellent social and communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and with confidence 12. Strong team working and working with grounded collaborations (inter and intra teams) 13. Overall humility in approach is a must 14. Self-driven & high ownership levels are a must Other Qualifications (Nice to have): 1. Working at Data Query Levels EDW & Data Lake 2. Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies Microsoft Azure Stack or Amazon Web Services on Data & Compute is a plus 3. Understand broad concepts of Ontology | Knowledge Graph Technologies 4. Understand broad concepts of Models /Machine Learning/ AI 5. Understand broad concepts of Ontology, Graphs & Knowledge Representation 6. Familiarity with database technologies, including graph databases 7. Understanding the following Data areas a. Big Data Ecosystem (such as Hadoop, Spark, R|Py, Hive) b. Database (such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) c. Familiarity with JSON Has proficiency in SQL and/or SPARQL d. NoSQL (such as HBase, MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmos) e. Graph DB (such as Arango, Orient, Neo4j) f. Data Warehousing (such as Microsoft Azure DW, Redshift, Teradata, etc.) & Data Lake g. Data migration, ETL/ Integration 8. Experience working in taxonomies or ontologies 9. In case not matching above substantial work experience that encompasses these skills being implemented 3. Advanced upgradation skills and usage is nice to have above and beyond base expectation
