Job Description

    *.Experience: 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Module and 2 implementation projectsLocation: Pune or Birlasoft Locations in India
    • SF Certifications in: Employee Central and any other certifications will be added advantage
    • Good implementation experience in SFSF Position Management
    • A bachelor s degree or equivalent (masters preferred)
    • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer s current process and future state needs
    • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
    • Detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices
    • Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
    • Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements
    • Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications
    • Supporting testing, training and change management workstreams.
    • Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they implement
    • Good presentation, oral and written communication skills
    • Quick grasping capability and enthusiasm to work independently
    • Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
    • Knowledge of XML or HTML and Knowledge in HXM solution can be added advantage.
    • Consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience
    • Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends as needed
    • A dedicated customer service attitude
