Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities - 1 Part of a dedicated team focused on the B2C Reinvent, process transformation and strategy optimization 2 Build strategies to identify opportunities within the acquired customer base for generating new offers across B2C businesses 3 Create and monitor the governance framework for B2C business, within the purview of Reinvent project framework 4 Deliver on Business Analytics as a practice and capability - Work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust analytics framework across products and across life cycle. 5 Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Driving Business Volume- Segmentation, Targeting- Prioritization (Propensity) and Effective channel strategy, Forecasting, simulations, building strategies to improve business performance. 6 Strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to continue to leverage capabilities 7 Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the team to achieve targets 8 Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on Business analytics and build use cases 9 Analyze current environment & trends and provide improvement solutions 10 Collaborate with Business team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements 11 Effective communication with stakeholders teams, Business partners, IT partners and Senior Management 12 Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team 13 Education qualification: MBA Finance/Stats graduates. Min 2-3 years of experience in medium to large size Bank/NBFC s. Analytics/ Statistics/ Model building experience. Relevant, sizeable experience in analytics (using tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python). Familiarity with small and large ticket business support will be a clear advantage. Presentation skills. 14 Knowledge of Lending environment will be an added advantage. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and towards deadlines , 1. MBA Finance/Stats graduates. 2.
