* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Must have strong SQL skills Must have SSIS/SSRS/SAS/Power BI skillset for BI and Analytics Must be able to create campaign segments for portfolio campaigns using SQL and track campaign success address leakages Owns budget works on optimizing COA and targets for campaigns and new customer acquisition through campaigns Supports outbound teams and undertakes projects to help improve conversion Provide insights on customer conversion journeys Has great presentation skills to articulate analytical findings to non-technical audience Collaborate with Business team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements Track & evaluate performance of launched campaigns with regular report Automation using SQL and SAS Responsible to develop and manage Traditional and digital marketing campaigns Leverage all Bajaj digital properties to plan and design portfolio campaigns Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive ARU / other campaigns Creating Marketing Strategies to maximize traffic to lead on the company s website using optimization techniques. Knowledge of Credit Card / Lending / E-commerce Business 4. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work IT & DWH team Raise user stories ensure offer base upload job automations SSRS / Power BI reports SFDC team Lead flow in SFDC address gaps / leakages Sales team Provide leads ensure and track conversion sharpen campaign segment basis recordings Product Marketing collateral creation product offering and features Wallets Marketing & BFSD coordinate with teams for lead gen customer consent conversion and developments External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Vendor for SMS campaigns - Responsys Vendor for EMAIL campaign - NETCORE Vendor for paid media campaign onboarded agency Vendor for affiliate campaigns onboarded agency Vendor for creative / vernacular scripts onboarded agency , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications Post-Graduate from a reputed institute or BIU and Campaign Experience of > 6 years Work Experience Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in data analysis using SQL, Netcore, Responsys, Paid Media Campaigns (Facebook, Google, You-Tube, etc.) Understanding of large and complex data sets and ability to create segmentation for campaigns Must have knowledge of Credit cards / Lending Products / E-commerce Should have good communication and presentation skills Must have managed traditional and digital marketing teams
