* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for managing Project Management components Scope/ Critical to Success Factors/ Key Deliverables/ Work Breakdown Structure, Schedule, Budget & Quality, Active Stakeholder List, Communication Requirements Strong technology adoption, project delivery and Banking & Payments domain experience in NBFC ecosystem. Identify the opportunities of automation in Banking operations process to deliver efficiency with controllership. Work in cohesion with IT, business and vertical operations team for the new developments Manage all the ongoing projects of banking operations in terms of tracking, testing and delivery & Sustenance Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment keeping operational process in center Responsible for managing requirements across multiple systems and platforms like Mandate Machine Montran - SFDC - Finnone Pennant - DataMart Experia Portal Ensuring timely delivery of project & respective deliverables with post go live sustenance support Efficient & timely communication to stakeholders on project timelines and stagewise deliverables Preparation of project trackers, MIS & monthly presentations , * MBA/Post Graduate Degree 6-8 years experience in lending business with 4+ years in Operations/ Service / Banking/ Payments Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. Able to generate new ideas independently Project management skills with exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter Proficiency in Power Point/ Excel/ Word Negotiation Skills & influencing skills with Excellent Communication Good team player with a bent of mind for technology and Problem Solving
