Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Guide team to delivers Innovations. Builds on the ideas of others with track record of delivering breakthrough thinking.Manages Complexity under communication Web and Mobile App domain for BFL DMS business.Should understand loan life cycle along with data analysis understanding will be an added advantage.To work on enhancing process flow and to get the possible system automations to minimize the manual intervention.Strips out unnecessary structure, processes, products. Keeps things simple. Explains complex ideas and concepts in simple terms.Work with Business/IT in BFL to understand the tech requirements.Preparation of BRD, User Stories & Test Cases, underlying business processes, and implementation plans with readiness of API specs for specific products/Process flow.Co-ordinate development of solution in line with captured requirements. Necessary business approvals/underwriting approvals to be in sync.Manage the UAT efforts until released into production and provide post-production after-care.To own complete legal system and process flow, work with key stakeholders to effectively orchestrate the new enhancement and change request.To make complete support coverage during business hours and should maintain complete audit trail sure proper audit for compliance and regulatory purpose.* Major Challenges - To make sure full support and coverage provided as per business availability.To execute cross-functional campaign as per agreed timeline and in-line with RBI, legal & compliance guidelines.To solve problems for issues that may emerge in the fulfillment space in course of a business requirement.To make sure support availability as per business required and resolution to be provided within agreed timeline.To make sure resource attritions are within threshold limits* Key Decisions / Dimensions - Team hiring & onboardingTo track team KPI and performance of direct reporteesAllocation of project and task as per the defined skill set and individual bandwidth availability, * a) QualificationsPostgraduate with Project Management skill set or Engineering Graduatesb) Work ExperienceMore than 5-8 years of experience in financial industryExperience as PMO/BA with team handling experience, working experience in BFSI domain and understanding of Loan Life Cycle, SDLC, Retail banking. Understanding of API and basic SQL queries will be an added advantage.
