Job Description

    1. Plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables 2. Perform daily responsibilities in accordance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions and policies 3. Review all forms and documents pertaining to a case for errors, missing information, legibility 4. Ensure relevant regulatory guidelines, ICH guidelines, and Client SOPs are applied by the team members for PV activities 5. Provide medical input on complex/ difficult adverse reaction articles 6. Review serious and expedited cases as well as non-serious cases. Ensuring that process related queries by trainees and accredited physicians are addressed effectively 7. Ensuring that customer queries are addressed effectively on priority 8. Identifying training requirements and scheduling refreshers as well trainings on a regular basis 9. Scheduling weekly discussions with team to address quality issues and new updates related to process 10. Ensuring documentation related to training and quality are up-to date 11. Determination and implementation of requirements for process improvement and assessing the effectiveness on a regular basis 12. Ensuring that CAPAs for Non-Compliance issues identified within the team and also issued by customers are completed within timeline Qualifications: MD / MBBS,
