Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Management of Software Development personnel; line management and work assignmentsAssist in the product technical direction and designSCRUM Master for team involving in Backlog refinement, SCRUM Meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint review and Retro meeting. Active participation design discussion/ reviews, Code Reviews, software performance analysis and performance improvements. Planning, prioritization, and task assignment of software development deliverables in line with published delivery dates.Co- ordinate the planning and provision of software product defect resolution;Pro- actively risk identification and mitigation. Undertake software product development and customer issue resolution Coordinate with Marketing, Support and Documentation Assist in the preparation of the product software release documentation;Identify and provision training needs of team membersParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesAbility to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to subordinates and superiors.Ability to delegate work appropriately, especially tasks related to medium to low level technical decisions.Ability to resolve conflict in a calm, rationale, and deliberate manner.Ability to prioritize workload/ taskAbility to multi- task and be able to prioritize and balance many activities and adjust quickly in a dynamic environment.Willingness to work flexible hours that works best with the local and remote engineering center(s).Keep skills current with new software development methodologiesExcellent communication skills in both oral and written, and with a strong desire to work in a cross- cultural team.Technical Skills Experienced with C#, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, Windows Form, WPF, WCF XML, MultithreadingDatabase Technologies: SQL Server, MySQL Experienced with data structures, OOPs, OOD and design patternFamiliarity with Object oriented programming, Modelling tools - UMLExperience with software requirement analysis and capturing software requirement specification. Strong analysis and problem- solving skills, self- directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver.Familiarity with software development process, Quality software development with focus on code review, unit and integration testing etc.Familiarity with reverse engineering existing code, reusing previously developed source code.Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) tool Familiarity with TCP/ IP, Socket Programming. ,
