End to End HRMS Implementation & Project Management: - Creation of Project Plan and implementation - Control and monitor phase-wise implementation of Project - Implementation of new HRMS platform including System integration with other HR & Business platforms - Manage stabilization of HRMS Platform and continuous development as per business requirement - Create Change request (CR) /Business Requirement Document (BRD) in association with internal stakeholders and partner - Independently driving strategic HR Technology projects in collaboration with various internal COE (Centre of Excellence) Teams - High level of engagement with cross-functional team (IT, HR SME, HR COE, L&D etc) - Liaison with IT team to ensure on time delivery of enhancements - New Process and System training to Stakeholders - Managing enhancement/new features on HRMS Platform - Enhancement cost and expense management Partner relationship management - Liaison with Partners to ensure on time delivery of enhancements Indirect involvement - Supporting other team members on operations/processes/system , * - Should have 5 years of experience over-all, with minimum 3 years of stint in Project Management Role - High on energy & people orientation - Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree - Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. - Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. - Excellent Interpersonal Skills. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter - Quick learner
