* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions, managing delivery. Responsible for end to end delivery & management of Payments Vertical requirements (Credit card, Future co brand card (NSB) and EMI Card Development and Maintenance of Project Management Policies and Procedures Program Management, Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management. Requirement gathering, coordinating with internal IT delivery team and QA Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Provide an effective liaison between the business units, the Corporate Technology/Enterprise Technology Management and the respective business teams Should have strong financial domain knowledge of business process and solutions , * Minimum qualification required is Post-Graduate with an experience of around 7-8 years. Should have experience in projects implementation in the Finance Domain Good knowledge of IT project management and project implementation Prior & relevant experience in Cards, Loans, Credit card domain would be a big plus Thorough knowledge of Business Processes required for Finance domain, especially Loans and Advances Good negotiation and communication skill Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses Should have abilities to implement an entire project Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analyze business needs and works with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
