Job Description

  • Experience working with internal customers to understand technical requirements, position solutions and develop differentiated offerings and go-to-market plans.
Responsible for developing and building the ecosystem plans; Owner of business case, ROI & P&L.Ensuring shared value creation for all ecosystem partners - Prepare the business cases keeping in mind the shared value proposition i.e. service fees paid by the customer, discounts/rewards offered to customers, positive behavior reinforcement, increased data availability resulting in designing of more customized products and services, higher opportunity for cross-sell, reduction in frauds, reduction in costs.• Identification of relevant Partners who can help execute and accelerate market vision.• Build partnerships and scalable platform products that help tie 3rd party content applications to Travel Business to improve experience for end users.• Collaborate with technology team to develop new features/apps, including preparing necessary technical specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of the projects.• Work closely with sales team, application development teams, customers and partners to continuously and proactively identify, understand and synthesize emerging needs into cross domain /product solutions, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications. Coordinate with Legal team to ensure compliances.Business as usual:• Guide team in prioritizing and implementing various ongoing, business as usual projects.• Monitor dashboards and review performance metrics to ensure quality delivery, adherence to timelines and proactive course correction for all projects undertaken by team.• Be the primary communication link and escalation path across the program.Stakeholder management:• Work collaboratively with Home Business team and project leads to ensure successful deployment and governance.• Oversee vendor/partner identification, negotiations and management to ensure right vendor/partners are tied up with.Team development:• Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team.• Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge.,
