* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. NTB EMI Card KPIs & Control Charts Day to day production monitoring for EMI Cards sourced by Ecom Partners Understand new proposition capability developments and derive KPIs and Control Charts required to monitor NTB EMI Card sourcing related capabilities on POD system and on Website Initiate requirements to develop KPIs and Control Charts for existing and new capabilities wherever required 2. New Partner onboarding & Capabilities development Funnel performance mapping to find the areas of improvement and execute system enhancements accordingly Strategize and Plan Retargeting Campaigns for dropped off customers in between all stages of Funnel Health Check - Make sure all APIs & processes (Eligibility Redirection OTP Underwriting KYC Payment Card creation Emandate etc.) are performing optimally Closing out solutioning with Partner BFL IT & KAMs and submit User Stories for all Ecom NTB EMI Card capabilities to IT 3.Business Reporting Responsible for creating enhancing & updating delivery plans/trackers; tracking timelines and reporting status & dependencies to all relevant stakeholders for all ongoing capabilities on a continuous basis. Tracking and monitoring of daily tasks and team s deliverables for projects with internal teams as well as Partners Provide routine guidance to team and monitor work output to ensure that necessary MIS dashboards etc are sent 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Constant need to monitor & drive focus on Newly developed NTB EMI Card sourcing proposition at Ecommerce Business; since team is small pressure of unfinished actionable builds up in no time; which may impact productivity of the overall proposition with the partners Ensuring that the team builds rapport with stakeholders across support functions to perform better in adhering to task completion timelines , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Post-graduate, MBA Work Experience Minimum 6 years of experience Financial Services Industry background with exposure to multiple aspects of project management, with significant exposure to product development Strong Project / program management with hands-on experience in delivering customer facing apps and website integrations Previous experience in online website & API technologies Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to quickly grasp concepts and drive with agility as independent designer. Self-start for initiatives is key.
