* Duties and Responsibilities - Understand business landscape and technology dynamics to deliver projects in an optimized way in terms of cost and time Managing team with core expertise in lead generation through media campaigns, chatbots & digital platforms like Wallets, website, Experia App & Portal etc. Driving acquisition of credit cards for both the Customers & Prospect segments Increasing digital penetration of the businesses by enhancing their visibility on digital platforms End-to-end management of Media Campaigns including budget-allocation, audience management, content-creation & maintaining cost-per-card & conversion ratios as per the business requirement Creation, maintenance & enhancement of chatbots Liaising with multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, Marketing, Partners & Vendors) to deliver projects, numbers & KPIs along with ensuring fast-paced development & closure of new initiatives Owning monthly numbers for digital channels & and ensuring delivery of the same Budget allocation, planning & reporting of channel wise performance In-depth campaigns performance analysis to identify the areas which need improvement Ensuring good health of the entire funnel for the digital channels Development of 3-in-1 solution enabling end-to-end frictionless credit card journey Planning & executing new theme-based consumer promo campaigns Creation & optimization of marketing collaterals Cross-selling various products with the help of customized chatbots Identification of IT & Campaign system requirements for driving efficiencies & effectiveness of campaigns Evaluation of new Marketing Automation Tools & Technologies Keeping a close watch on new developments & validation of their results/impact Intense focus on achieving both short-term and long-term business goals Planning & leading the development of new capabilities, * A. Educational qualifications & experience: 1. Around 5-7 years of experience in digital campaigns & marketing domain 2. Engineering/ MBA graduate from a reputed institute B. Behavioral competencies: 1. Strong interpersonal skills 2. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation 3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
