Job Description

  • Has 7+ years, recent work experience of 3+ years (as Project Manager), managing SFDC projects/ delivery, people and processes using Agile and Incremental/ SDLC methodology
  • 3+ years hands-on work experience with Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, Vf, Test cases, workflow, trigger, process builder, Apex classes, AppExchange
  • Experience and managed at least four full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as project manager
  • Experience and managed at least three full-lifecycle SFDC implementation as technical developer and configurator
  • Has good/ deep understanding on Salesforce.com capabilities as platform with the latest about platform along with VF, UI/ UX, Lightning experience
  • Has extensive experience in technical, functional to deliver Salesforce Projects
  • Has experience in enterprise integration and data migration using Soap/ REST/ Web services and other tools like Boomi, Jitterbit, Mulesoft etc.
  • Experience data migration solutions using Data Loader, DB Amp, web API, etc., involved in technical resolution of defects/ issues while Customization, integration and Support as Individual Contributor
  • Must have the latest with Salesforce platform and around platform, follows Coding and execution standards
  • Must have; Passionate, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, demonstrate responsibility, ownership, individual contributor, excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skill, can deliver robust and scalable solutions using coding/ salesforce best practices
  • Deep dive in Salesforce.com capabilities and constraints of the system
  • Extensive experience in leading and tracking/ managing technical-functional and delivering Salesforce Projects from discovery to implementation to defect fix to deployment to support
  • Has experience in resolving technical and functional queries/ issues of SFDC Projects and team (Customization, Integration and Support) for Sales/ Service/ Community/ Marketing Cloud
  • Must have insight of the latest releases of Salesforce platform
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds including sales, support and marketing
  • Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and ability to apply scenarios to Salesforce Story-lines as well as make business process modification suggestions to align with Salesforce and execution best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, capable to present to executives, connect and manage client relationship
  • Certifications
    • Salesforce: DEV 401/ Platform Developer/ App Builder. ADM 201
    • PMP
  • Nice to Have:
    • Salesforce Certification
      • Sales Consultant, Service Consultant (Plus)
      • CPQ Design and Implementation Experience (Plus)
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the Project and project deliverables as PM with end-2-end delivery management
    • Enable team with technical and functional aspects, guide them with solution/ approach, resolve queries/ challenges
    • Coordination with stakeholders for requirements and design technical Solution
    • Act as a link between customer and implementation teams.
    • Responsible for CSAT, ESAT, RFP, RFQ
    • Tracking and managing releases, enhancements and bug fixes
    • Responsible for Design/ Approach, Reviews, Implementation, Tracking and manage project/s, adaption of Best Practices, Documentation
