Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Own Business numbers from digital channels with focus on volume Topline and bottom line 2. Build models to prioritize campaigns with multiple channels multiple workflows & diverse product segments to improve conversion rates and increase total conversions 3. Continuously innovate on campaigns to improve campaign efficiency and reduce cost of acquisition 4. Build A/B testing framework to optimize campaign performance 5. Build strategies to effectively utilize paid media budgets with a sharp focus on ROI 6. Own digital channels including but not limited Website Experia Email and paid media campaigns 7. Build robust SEO strategies with a focus on building organic traffic to the website 8. Analyze BFL website and build avenues to divert traffic to pocket insurance pages 9. Be hands on with conceptualizing setting up execution and optimizing campaigns on Adwords FB ads manager etc. 10. Work on communication data & execute effective communication strategies for Paid Marketing campaigns 11. Execute multiple robotic process automation project for campaign execution business MIS reporting etc 12. Effectively communicate business requirements to build new landing pages creative collaterals and copy 13. Transform daily processes using RPA for executing Email Digital campaigns 14. Develop global benchmarking for campaign efficiency 15. Develop a thorough understanding of global digital landscape and build use-cases to implement aspects of the same to business ecosystem 16. Implement new channels and tools inline with business requirements to deliver business numbers and creating new traffic sources 17. Build and manage a robust affiliate network for transaction drive 18. Live and breathe campaign performance data and build analytical models to create customer propensity and reduce campaign spillover Required Qualifications and Experience: 1. Should have a Post-Graduate/MBA Degree with 10+ years of work experience. 2. Should have excellent understanding and prior experience in Paid campaign Management domain preferably in BFSI 3. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation skills. 4. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials. 5. Ability to navigate through evolving business environment and adaptive to change , * Required Qualifications and Experience: 1.
