These cutting-edge solutions are built on the Digital Network Architecture, Cloud Native principles and in a Scaled Agile Framework. Role: tWork as Lead Technical Product Owner in Scaled Agile Environment. tCreate/Authors features and stories for new development initiatives within the Switching Solutions, in domains such as Authorization, Clearing & Settlement etc. Provide clear acceptance criteria for stories and accept stories tCarry out thorough functional and business analysis of high-level business needs and elaborate progressively tConceptualize detailed solutions for Real Time Online Systems and Reporting tCollaborate and Coordinate with various groups in MasterCard across locations to ensure success of the projects tCoordinate with various groups in MasterCard to ensure success of the projects tCreate & present business/data-related metrics/reports for leadership tClarify and answer various functional questions that teams might have with respect to the Features/Stories, such that the teams are able to carry out the development as per expectationsAll About You A very strong understanding and experience on the Payments and Cards businesst tAbility to analyze, conceptualize and create cutting edge business solutions related to Authorization, Clearing, Settlement solutions based on the business needs tExtensive experience in the development of online, real time application features tExtensive experience in authoring features and stories on new project development in an Agile environment tStrong Data professional with experience in Data analysis or Business Intelligence Reporting tResult Oriented Professional tStrong communication and stakeholder management skills involving Business Owners, Development Teams etc. and ability to guide teams. tCoordination and organization skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors across locations to ensure success of the project. tStrong understanding, inclination and experience of working in an Agile (SaFe) environment tExperience in System Architecture tExperience in Real Time Reporting will be advantageDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
