* Duties and Responsibilities - 1 Deliver on Business Analytics as a practice and capability - Work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust analytics framework across products and across life cycle. 2 Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Driving Business Volume- Segmentation, Targeting- Prioritization (Propensity) and Effective channel strategy, Forecasting, simulations, building strategies to improve business performance. 3 Analyzing the historical data and Define Campaign Strategy 4 Analyze data to identify emerging customer trends using Machine Learning/Deep Learning 5 Strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to continue to leverage capabilities 6 Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions on data sources, variables, 7 Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on Business analytics and build use cases 8 Analyze current environment & trends and provide improvement solutions 9 Collaborate with Business team to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements 10 Effective communication with stakeholders teams, Business partners, IT partners and Senior Management 11 Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team , * 1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, computers, IT, Mathematics or Statistics, with clear inclination towards understanding processes and models 2. 6+ years of experience building data models, i.e. Neural Network, Deep Learning, Feature engineering 3. Analytics/ Statistics/ Model building experience. Relevant, sizeable experience in analytics (using tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python). Familiarity with small and large ticket business support will be a clear advantage 4. 3+ years of experience in managing teams of data engineers, involving projects and strategy 5. Knowledge of Lending environment will be an added advantage 6. Effective verbal and written communication skills 7. Ability to work independently and towards deadlines
