  • Be the Expert: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet business expectations.
  • Be the Point of Contact: Create, facilitate, Huddle Sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  • Consistently Deliver: Remain updated in client and industry led processes, deliver new hire training for the business; ensure to give a good learning experience for the new hires; ensure to equip new hires with relevant skill set to meet the production goals
  • Define Sutherland Reputation: Work and partner with others within a team-based environment; achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline, preferably Computer Science or Technology
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical bent of mind
  • Customer oriented approach preferably from technology, troubleshooting/customer service voice process background
  • Understanding of computer hardware technologies, to support or troubleshoot various technologies.
  • Knowledge of memory, storage, motherboard etc.
  • Strong typing skills: 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts starting 6:30pm-7:30am; willingness to work extra hours
