Grow facilitators train hundreds of employees every year, facilitating vendor based and Amdocs internal learning solutions. In your role, you will lead and train the facilitators communityWhat will your job look like

  • You will Establish new facilitators groups per the need:
  • You will Lead the facilitators community (IndiaAPAC):
  • You will Support the learning teams with allocating facilitators for activities
    • Advise on the right solution
    • Help in explaining solutions and make the needed adaptations per the business need
    • Allocating facilitators
  • You will Develop new Soft Skills learning solutions
    • For global or local (Amdocs India) needs
    • Using Instructional Designer skills
All you need is.
  • Degree in behavioral science
  • Relevant Master degree
  • 7+ years as a learning professional and 5+ years experience in facilitating Soft Skills business oriented workshops.
  • Experience in facilitation skills training, ability to provide constructive feedback to trainers and facilitators.
  • Proven track record in ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and peers managing to impact within a corporate, global, complex organization.
  • The ability to build and implement talent and leadership development programs
  • Experience in leading strategic learning projects in parallel
  • Knowledge in Instructional Design domain
