Job Description

  • You will analyzes training needs and proposes the directions that learning solution should be taking.
  • You will designs end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business needs and priorities.
  • You will develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and designs exercises, simulations and KPI factors.
  • You will create learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
  • You will manage learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces.
  • You will bring to the organization professional knowledge and best practices relating to the learning and ISD profession, methodologies, tools, etc.
  • You will be expected to be a learning guru , someone who always comes up with cutting edge learning solutions.
  • BA or higher in Behavioral Science or Education domains
  • Comprehensive experience in the domain (at least 6 years in relevant roles)
  • Previous experience as an ISD (at least 2 years)
  • Experience working in a global environment - advantage
  • Experience in matrix and complex organizations - must
  • Experience in project management
