Legal Contract ManagementExperience -10-15yearsLocation-PunePFB the Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Drafting and vetting of all customer contracts, RFP, SOW etc. related to Company. This will be for all Business Units of the Company.Drafting and vetting of joint development agreements, product partner agreements and other similar agreements.Negotiating and closing all such contracts (pursuant to the bullet- points above).Monitor compliance by (where is the vendor) of all contractual conditions by and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure that compliance is done.Drafting and vetting of all software procurement and similar contract where is the buyer in relation to a project. This will be for all Business Units ofCompanyProvide legal advice on contracts.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:LL.B degree (preferably from the five year integrated degree stream).Good command over English spoken & written.Other Requirements:Since the job involves coordination over multiple geographies, the candidate should be willing to be flexible on work timing.
