Handle Litigation matters including but not limited to Civil , Criminal , Consumer , Company , Constitutional matters pertaining to Education Laws , Challenging Validity of Statutory Regulatory provisions before all Courts , Fora , Tribunal and Statutory / Regulatory Authorities , Interpretation of Statutes and conduct legal research.Liaison , meeting with various internal stake holders and external stake holders , Law Firms , Lawyers , Counsel , Consultants , Advisors , Statutory Regulatory Authorities / Government Departments , Schools , Associations of Schools regarding specially assigned matters pertaining to Education and the laws concerning Education.Drafting / Vetting of Pleadings , Preparing Minutes of Meetings , Effectively attending Courts / Tribunals / Fora / Police Stations / CBI / Vigilance / Statutory Regulatory Authorities to represent the Organisation. Appoint Lawyers / Solicitors / Law Firms / Counsels. Appear before various authorities , bodies , boards , councils , quasi - judicial authorities , local municipal authorities and other relevant agencies.
