Job Description

Description and RequirementsFrom core to cloud to edge, BMC delivers the software and services that enable over 10,000 global customers, including 84% of the Forbes Global 100, to thrive in their ongoing evolution to an Autonomous Digital Enterprise.Position DescriptionThe Global ESO Enablement team is responsible for developing trainings, managing the execution of consistent global strategies, programs, and methods which technically and professionally enable the Sales, PreSales and BMC Partners to successfully and reliably implement BMC solutions in the marketplace.This position we are looking for is for an LMS & CMS Administration role within the Global ESO Enablement team. This individual contributor will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting key stakeholders for learning management, content management and knowledge management.This role will be responsible for handling routine administrative tasks, including managing the LMS & CMS, user group permissions, content maintenance, updating system records, testing new releases, educating the team on the new releases and features, and responding to inquiries. This person may also assist with user support, engaging with vendors to drive resolution to issues and submit feature requests.Familiarity with instructional design, eLearning, video editing, will be helpful, but is not required. Experience with process documentation would be a great asset.Primary Roles and ResponsibilitiesCompletely manage and support our Learning Management System, Cornerstone OnDemand. This will include assisting the team with queries, keeping the team up to date with the latest releases, troubleshooting for issues, user support, and engaging with vendors to drive resolution to issues and submit feature requests.Provide administrative support for our Knowledge Management tool, Seismic. This will include the development and maintenance of custom pages, creating and maintaining content libraries, performing a sanity check across the tool, ability to develop playbooks.Maintain awareness of new software features and possible benefits to the teamAssist the team with the setup of new sessions, trainings, courses, pages, certificates, etc.Work with our software vendors to resolve issues and drive new feature enhancementsMonitor content published within our tools to ensure they remain current and that they comply with naming conventions and standardsAssist with ongoing content clean-up in our tools by working with the team to identify content to remove, update or inactivateGenerate reports and support the maintenance and content refreshAbility to manage configuration for source files for different projects.
