Job Description

    Locations hiring for:Gurugram- Capital Business Park, Sector 48 (Language - Hindi/English)Gurugram- 91 Spring Board, Sector 44, Gurugram (Languages - Kannada/English or Marathi/English & Gujrati/English.)Bangalore- Marathahalli, Muse Hub & HSR hub (Language - Kannada/English)Mumbai- Vidya Vihar (Language - Marathi/English).Note- For any relocation, there will be stay provided by company for first 5 days & 7K in joining bonus)Salary - between 3 LPA to 5 LPAAbout the RoleYou will be responsible for loan token follow up with customers, for docs collect, file processing, down paymentsfollow up, to provide loan details, delivery schedule & get the kit signed.Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate would be a hardworking, and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical andcommunication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems,backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Should have experience with more than 1 bank inused car loan.Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Loan tokens follow up with banks for file processing (approval & disbursement)
    • Should have working experience in the New / Used car loan sector, should have an appetite to learn and grow.
    • File central login process & instant approval process.
    • Loan cancellation process follow up with central team & bank.
    • Should be able to handle subjectivity of loan processes.
    • Evaluate and authorize approval of business, or credit loans.
    • Submit loan applications in a timely manner. Prepare detailed loan proposals.
    • Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.
    • Loan case RTO follow up for transfer & update to bank.
    • Pre-login follow up with customer, RM & closure team
    • Desired Candidate Profile: Used car Loan Experience Preferred
    Requirements:
    • College graduate.
    • 1-7 years of experience in Auto loan (must have worked with more than 1 bank in used car loan)
    • Experience with DSA is preferred.
    • Age up to 35-36 Years.
