Job Description

We have opening for Logistics Officer/ Executive / ManagerExperience - More than 3 yearsLocation - PuneJob Reasponsibilty

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
  • Liaise and negotiate with transporter
  • Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Responsible for making proper Excise sales Invoice and other despatch
  • Co-ordination with Marketing and planning department for despatch of finished goods ontime.
  • Handling sales return material [GRN] properly and submit all documents to concerned department with proper
  • Handling High Sea sales
  • Negotiation with Transporter and finalising the yearly rate contract with most competitive
  • Discussion and follow up with customer and supplier for ligistic improvement and minimise the
  • Controlling and checking of various types of challans made for processing items, returnable / non-returnable and rejection
  • Monitoring material despatch and physical
  • Maintaining the records of BOE, Annexure C, ARE1, Modvat copy, 57F4 challans of Vendors and customers,
  • Experience in Export/Import will be added advantage
